Why do you need a help to declutter?

Because many times it can actually be quite challenging and overwhelming - not only physically but mentally, emotionally too. So, it is good to have a helping hand and support.

You can say that decluttering and home-organising are not rocket science, everyone can manage that on their own. But in fact they are not easy - especially if you have piled up many things or have some underlying emotional issue for not being able to let go off things. And sometimes you just need a professional’s nudge and advice, a different and possibly objective perspective, and extra pair of hands to get it all done without feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

Sometimes things looks messy in our home and in our live. We live in a fast paced world where we feel we have never got enough time. And before we know we lose sight of what really matters for us. Sometimes it is really hard to get a handle on how we live and how we actually want to live our life. There are many reasons why we let things go out of control and clutter can manifest in many different ways.

Maybe you find yourself wasting endless time and energy trying to locate something in your home or office?

Perhaps you lead a very busy lifestyle and you lack time and motivation to organise your stuff?

Maybe you have got a messy and over-flowing wardrobe where you are unable to find anything to wear?

Perhaps you are fed-up with tripping over your kids’ toys all over your home? ,

Maybe you are going through some significant life-change (moving house, separating from your partner, new baby arriving), and need your home to change quickly to suit your new needs and lifestyle.

Or maybe you feel stuck in life and are having emotional difficulty letting go of the clutter?

Whatever your issue is, it is a good start to recognise your problem and make a decision about changing it. You will need to determine what habits you may have developed that contribute to the accumulated clutter in your life and take action towards getting rid of all the unnecessary and unwanted things.

It is all about your decision and determination

Decluttering is, basically, you making a series of decisions about your belongings and your life. I am only there to facilitate the process, giving you direction, pointing out problems and minimise the pain for you this sometimes can bring about.

Before we start the whole process, we need first establish what your priorities and goals are: what are you not happy with, what do you want to change, what kind of help do you feel you need to better organise yourself. With clear goals and objectives in mind, the decluttering process will be much more efficient and smooth.

Your possessions will fall into one of four categories: Keep, Donate, Sell and Bin.

Those items you want to keep, I will help you organise them in practical yet beautiful arrangements and systems, which will make the most of your space, be a joy to look at, and be easy to manage. Perhaps you just need a sort of design remix to refresh your space and give it a new look.

Or alternatively you are about to sell or rent your property and wish to make it more appealing and valuable for possible buyers and renters.
